Date Syrup is made by extracting the water soluble components of dates and concentrating them into the luxurious syrup which is known as Cali Date Syrup. Our syrup is something that looks like molasses, but with a rich flavor that is less sweet than honey, agave nectar, and maple syrup. Due to the specific combination of dates we harvest from only the finest, choice farms; we have been able to bring out the amazing brown sugar and vanilla flavors that contribute to the natural overall caramel flavor that our syrup exemplifies.
